ppppmmmmddddaaaatttteeee [ _o_f_f_s_e_t ... ] _f_o_r_m_a_t
DDDDEEEESSSSCCCCRRRRIIIIPPPPTTTTIIIIOOOONNNN
ppppmmmmddddaaaatttteeee displays the current date and/or time, with an optional offset.
An _o_f_f_s_e_t is specified with a leading sign (``+'' or ``-''), followed by
an integer value, followed by one of the following ``scale'' specifiers;
S seconds
M minutes
H hours
d days
m months
y years
The output _f_o_r_m_a_t follows the same rules as for ddddaaaatttteeee(1) and ssssttttrrrrffffttttiiiimmmmeeee(3).
For example, the following will display the date a week ago as DDMMYY;
pmdate -7d %d%m%y
SSSSEEEEEEEE AAAALLLLSSSSOOOO
ddddaaaatttteeee(1) and ssssttttrrrrffffttttiiiimmmmeeee(3).
